Raw Raspberry Honey

Varietal honey's flavor comes from the unique nectar of the flowers the bees pollinated (as opposed to flavor that is added after the honey was harvested).

This delicious raw raspberry varietal honey is from the raspberry fields of Northern Utah and Southern Idaho, in the heart of Rocky Mountains near Bear Lake. It's a bit sweeter than generic clover honey with a note of raspberry in the end.

Dark and smooth, raspberry honey is a welcomed addition to any mellow herbal tea, English scones, or, of course, on a spoon straight from the jar.

It comes in a 12 oz jar. Nothing is added to this honey other than what the bees mixed in themselves. It's harvested, bottled and shipped as pure as the day the bees prepared it. This means that the honey will likely arrive crystallized. Just warm it up to make it spreadable.
